I’m a Quality Assurance Engineer with two years of hands-on software and hardware testing experience, backed by more than fifteen years writing technical documentation for software teams. I enjoy complex technical challenges, taking ownership of unfamiliar problems and bringing structure to ambiguity.

At IGT, I test gaming platforms where accuracy matters: bets, winnings and account balances. I shape release-specific test plans, maintain a 300+ case regression suite and work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes. My documentation background helps me connect requirements, product behaviour and the people who rely on both.

  • Test and support sign-off for five software releases in a licensed, audited gaming environment, including financially critical bets, winnings and account balances.
  • Manage a regression repository of around 300 cases, including 50+ written or substantially updated by me. Set release scope and build plans from focused smoke checks to full functional and regression coverage.
  • Test two server generations in parallel during a major release; collaborate directly with server developers to reproduce issues, isolate causes and confirm fixes.
  • Run risk-based retesting and recovery tests on gaming equipment, terminals and servers after power or network failures; adapt coverage after software updates.
  • Coordinate and review localisation into five languages, including Chinese. The game passed licensing checks and was released to market.
